What Is Anxiety? Root causes of the anxiety! 

Anxiety disorder is a condition of mental health. It is observed that usually, Anxiety is the main reason that makes going through your day difficult. There are a lot of Symptoms of the problem of Anxiety that include constant feelings of nervousness, panic and fear, continuous sweating, and a rapid heartbeat.

Many treatments around the corner regarding Anxiety include medications and cognitive behavioral therapy. The best solution to mental health is your healthy lifestyle and its betterment. (Shri, R. (2012))

Following are the medical problems that can be directly linked with the anxiety-

  • HEART PROBLEMS- Anxiety can interfere with normal heart function and increase the risk of sudden cardiac arrest.
